Do I have to enter all the details myself?
No. A link is all we need – to the agent's listing or any other page about your property. We take over the details and photos, write the German description and publish your listing within 24 hours (on business days). We'll email you as soon as it's live.
My property isn't online anywhere yet – can I still list it?
Yes. Choose “My property isn't online yet” in the form and describe it briefly. After ordering, upload your photos directly or send them by replying to our email – your listing goes live within 24 hours (on business days) of receiving your materials.
How long does my listing run?
Depending on the package, 3 or 12 months from publication. We'll send you an email reminder seven days before it expires – renewing takes just a few clicks.
Who receives inquiries from interested buyers?
You do – directly by email. Interested buyers use the contact form on your listing without having to register, and you simply reply from your own inbox.
My property is already on Nordihaus – what then?
Simply order through the form above and paste the link to your property. We'll then feature your existing listing instead of creating a new one.
Can I withdraw from my order?
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Because we start working immediately, you expressly agree at checkout that your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed. You'll find the details in our Right of Withdrawal information.
What happens once I've sold?
Congratulations! Just let us know and we'll take the listing offline.
